Responsibilities

Technical support for our Sales Team

Support customers with energy reduction strategies

Cross functional engagement with Engineering for hardware development

Lead metering and product enablement projects

Support commissioning of metering and data collection technology

Support innovative metering solutions

Manage installation projects from start to finish

Define and improve processes and efficiencies

Develop new technologies and methods for shortening installation timelines

Ensuring all materials/manufacturing/installations and technology meets industry and market standards

Required

Results driven, Analytical, Motivated, Team player

Good communications and customer service skills

Experience with hardware commissioning and troubleshooting

Basic experience with data platforms and integration tools

Experience developing and/or improving customer onboarding experiences

Experience with Salesforce

Experience with contractor managements

Preferred

Project Management Professional, PMP - preferred

Technical background with extensive electrical and/or HVAC experience - preferred

Experience with industrial controls - preferred

Ability to read, modify and draw technical electrical drawings - preferred
