Krilogy is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Retirement Plan Producer to join their growing team. This role involves cultivating new retirement plan clients through various prospecting methods while leveraging the firm's resources and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

Support overall firm activity, growth initiatives, and revenue objectives
Identify and develop new, profitable retirement plan client relationships
Prospect and cultivate opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
Engage and collaborate with strategic partners both internally and within the community
Achieve annual production and business development goals
Maintain and manage compliance responsibilities in accordance with regulatory standards
Contribute to the long-term growth and success of (K)Plans

Qualification

Sales experienceRetirement plans knowledgeSeries 65 licenseEntrepreneurial mindsetRelationship-building skillsCommunication skillsSelf-motivatedGoal-oriented

Required

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, retirement plans, or a related field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Desire to build, grow, and manage an independent book of business within a team environment

Preferred

Series 65 license a plus, but not required
Existing retirement plan advisors wanting to join (K)Plans and bring over their books are welcome to apply
