Senior Superintendent (Multifamily Construction)
American Capital Group is a leader in real estate development, specializing in multifamily community development. They are seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee a 305-unit project in Gresham, OR, managing project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining quality control while fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Oversee project from start through closeout
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules
Coordinate subcontractor and material scheduling
Maintain accurate daily field status reports
Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, owners, and city officials
Prioritize tasks and identify issues or potential risks affecting project organization
Collaborate with Project Manager and support team to complete all project phases
Perform quality control reviews on materials and subcontractor work
Inspect completed work and implement corrective actions as needed
Partner with safety team to ensure a safe jobsite environment
Qualification
Required
7+ years' of experience on multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects required
5+ years' experience as a Construction Superintendent is required
Experience with Procore is required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
The ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work is required
Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
Preferred
Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software is preferred
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
