Responsibilities
Learn and operate basic computer systems that help monitor production (i.e. Excel, coding machines, Lynq) with guidance
Read and follow work orders and job tickets accurately
Monitor and operate one machine or process step under supervision
Support pack-out operations, including accurate counting and packaging
Follow all safety procedures and assist with routine cleaning and equipment upkeep
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required
Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented with consistent attendance
Ability to follow instructions, ask questions and develop technical skills
Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
