They are seeking a Project Architect with strong design sensibility and technical skill to lead and contribute to all phases of design and project delivery, from concept through construction administration.

Lead and contribute to all phases of design and project delivery, from concept through construction administration

Develop coordinated drawing sets and technical documentation with attention to detail and clarity

Engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors through meetings, coordination, and site visits

Ensure design intent and technical precision are aligned across all project stages

Balance design creativity with constructability, schedule, and budget considerations

Required

Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp or Rhino

Strong design sense supported by solid technical knowledge

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across project phases

Clear communication and collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary team

Familiarity with building codes, materials, and construction methods

Preferred

Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred (ARE support provided by firm)
