PIP Global Safety is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team. The role involves overseeing maintenance, engineering, and project management while ensuring effective execution of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, project management, or reliability management
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering principles
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, automation ad equipment
Knowledge of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), RCM (reliability-centered maintenance)
Understanding of asset lifecycle management and predictive maintenance
Preventative & predictive maintenance strategy development and execution
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting; ability to lead capital improvement and process optimization projects
Six Sigma, 5s, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping
Leadership and Operational skills
Cross functional leadership
Team development
Change management
