New Grad, Entry LevelMarathon Health Australia is seeking a Program Support Officer to join their headspace centre in Orange, NSW. In this part-time role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, making a real impact in the lives of young people aged 12-25.

Responsibilities
Be the first friendly face and voice that young people, their families, and friends interact with
Handle calls and appointments for clients, staff, and service providers like a pro!
Keep things running smoothly with data entry, scanning, and other admin tasks
Maintain accurate, confidential records that help our team deliver exceptional care
Ensure the headspace Orange centre always looks professional and welcoming
Help with purchase orders, Medicare billing, and reports to keep everything in tip-top shape!
Assist with meeting prep, including agendas, minutes, and papers to keep our team on track
Qualification
Required
Experience in administration, reception, or customer service
A master of organization with top-notch time management skills
Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
A passion for working with young people aged 12-25
Preferred
A background in youth services or not-for-profit health organizations is a bonus!
