Responsibilities
Must have skills: - EPBCS, FCCS, Account Reconciliation, EPM
Strong experience in the implementation and management of EPM application using EPBCS
Minimum 10 years of experience with 2 end to end EPBCS implementation across all modules i.e., Finance, Project, Capex and Workforce
Proven expertise in design, build, testing and deployment of EPBCS applications
Extensive experience in Roles leading finance process improvement in Planning (Budgeting, forecasting, Long Range Plans, Rolling Forecasting)
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies
Expert in creation of EPBCS artifacts like hierarchies, forms, business rules, data import & export process using data management, security setup, Navigation flow, workflow etc
Strong experience in calc scripts and business rules/Groovy scripting/scripting templates
Proficient in Oracle EPM Cloud tools and technologies, such as Data Management/Data Exchange, Smart View, Calculation Manager, Groovy, REST API, etc
Should be able to understand existing/New complex business rules/Groovy rules logic and to decode and update it as per business need
Experience in batch script creation/modification
Expertise in data integrations using Data Management and Data Exchange
Experience in supporting EPM Cloud teams and managing teams and project
Experience in the support of daily/monthly jobs executions/failure ,incident management, EPBCS issues resolution etc
Should be able to build HFR reports, smart view templates, data reconciliation templates
Good communication skills and experience to connect with business stakeholders/users on different issues/resolution discussions
