Responsibilities
Support monthly closing activities related to ERP-managed processes
Clarify and Allocate Work in Process or SG&A
Manage reports for WIP, AP/AR Aging, inter-company transactions, and Trial Balance
Prepare documentation for auditing
Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, payroll entries, and account reconciliations
Prepare documentation for auditing
Assist the Team leader with sales and use tax returns, property tax returns, and excise tax filings across multiple states
Provide backup support to other finance control team members
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management or the Team leader
Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field with 3+ years of professional work experience
Bilingual in English and Korean
Strong experience with SAP systems
Strong understanding of month-end and year-end processes required
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and technical accounting standards
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
Preferred
