Responsibilities
Guide brides through the entire gown selection process, building strong relationships and meeting monthly sales goals
Maintain extensive knowledge of current industry trends, designers, fabrics, silhouettes, and accessories
Manage continuous communication regarding order deadlines and alterations; book appointments using salon software
Merchandise the floor, organize stock, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in bridal sales or luxury retail is required
Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and select weekdays
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and a top-notch work ethic
