Associate or Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer
Boeing is a leading aerospace company committed to innovation and collaboration. They are seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer to provide production engineering support to multiple programs and projects within the Propulsion South Carolina team.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
Participate in Integrated Built Teams (IBTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build
Lead and implement build plan definition
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability aligns with requirements
Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices
Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions
Resolve technical problems that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule
Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts
Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems
Implement lean principles and technologies
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an ABET accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry and applicable experience in a professional exempt engineering classification
Preferred
2+ years of engineering experience related to developing and implementing build plans, production tools and methodologies
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a diverse and demanding work environment and schedule
