As an Account Executive focused on the Brokerage and Forwarding market, you will manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with various teams to help Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers drive efficiency and growth.

Build and manage a pipeline of Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker accounts
Engage senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach
Own the full sales process, from prospecting to deal close
Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value
Communicate how Descartes' SaaS solutions solve key operational and business challenges
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain services
A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-based business models
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working in cross-functional and virtual environments
Background in international logistics, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding (a plus)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
