Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, leveraging tools such as Excel and Power BI and pulling data from internal systems like SAP to generate actionable insights, and develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
Conduct ad hoc analyses focused on identifying cost reduction opportunities and supporting data driven decision making across operations
Identify and recommend AI-driven solutions to automate existing reporting processes, collaborating cross-functionally with the IT department to implement these improvements
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to the Ordering & Inventory Management teams on vehicle movement
Monitor aging inventory and assist with escalating units as needed to maintain efficient flow throughout the supply chain
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and core analytical formulas for data-driven reporting
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build dashboards and communicate inventory trends
Ability to create clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and business cases to upper management
Familiarity with workflow automation tools, including Microsoft Power Automate, to streamline manual reporting processes
Working knowledge of AI concepts and prompt engineering to support AI-driven reporting and process automation initiatives
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance ad-hoc analyses, recurring reporting, and long-term improvement projects
