Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external partners
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems
Prior experience in a payroll or benefits-related role
