Responsibilities
Support day to day field execution of mechanical and plumbing construction activities
Coordinate mechanical and plumbing subcontractors and vendors
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
Track schedules, quantities, and costs related to MEP scopes
Assist with issue resolution and field coordination
Support testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting mechanical and plumbing construction on large commercial, industrial, or life sciences projects
Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation practices, and construction sequencing
Ability to work effectively with field teams and project stakeholders
Comfortable working full time on site in a fast paced construction environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
