Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify product needs
Use provided tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers
Present industry-leading product samples and utilize support and technology to close sales
Manage pre-qualified, pre-set appointments generated by the organization’s marketing efforts
Collaborate with in-house financing and customer service teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Strong work ethic, drive, ambition, and focus
Honesty and integrity
Comfortable using technology throughout the sales process
Availability for homeowner appointments including evenings and weekends
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Self-motivated with results orientation
Time and work process management skills with ability to work independently
Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
