Sales Development Representative
Cynet Security is a leader in threat detection and response, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive channel growth. The role involves managing a portfolio of partners, developing business plans, and collaborating with various teams to enhance partner relationships.

Responsibilities
Own and expand a defined portfolio of MSP and MSSP partners
Develop joint business plans with CAM's and PAM's that drive recurring revenue growth
Identify expansion opportunities across partner customer bases
Run quarterly business reviews and pipeline planning sessions
Serve as the voice of the partner inside Cynet
Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams
Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across North America
Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit
Schedule high-quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets
Qualification
Required
Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across North America
Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit
Schedule high-quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets
1–3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles
High comfort with cold outreach and objection handling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce or similar CRM experience
Preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS preferred
