Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear, actionable project requirements and documentation
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and process improvements
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, highquality delivery aligned with ISO and contract standards
Document and communicate findings, processes, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, including timely submission of corrective actions
Promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement across teams
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Handson experience designing, building, and maintaining reports or dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau
Proficiency in writing SQL queries (e.g., joins, aggregations) to support reporting and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word
Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work off hours as requested
Preferred
Preference will be given to individuals who reside in, or are willing to relocate to, a recognized HUBZone area
