Partner directly with the CEO as a core executive team member
Own financial strategy, forecasting, and board level reporting
Lead full finance and accounting operations including close, reporting, cash, tax, and audit
Own revenue recognition and compliance for multi-entity, global operations
Support enterprise deal structuring including pricing, margin analysis, and contract review
Build and maintain strong internal controls and audit ready processes for regulated enterprise customers
Own and scale financial systems (ERP, billing, reporting) and drive automation
Build and mentor a lean high performing finance team
Qualification
Required
10-12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
CFO, Head of Finance, or comparable senior finance leadership experience
Strong GAAP knowledge with deep experience in ASC 606 in a technology, SaaS or similar industry
Proven ability to operate hands-on in a rapid-growth, scaling environment
