Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial materials
E-file documents with courts
Manage case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and scheduling
Assist with deposition preparation, document production, and trial binders
Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, etc
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of Florida civil litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, e-filing, and service rules
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Preferred
Experience with NetDocuments and/or TABS is a plus
