Qualification
Required
Customer Service or Call Center experience required
Minimum 1 year tenure with each of your last 3 employers (required)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
Ability to use multiple systems at the same time
Reliable attendance is critical
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
