Responsibilities

Work and maintain confidential information
You will be the support to the Motors production line and Outsource Vendors
Oversee the manufacturing process development with a domestic and international team
Create engineering and tool drawings, order and support manufacturing tooling, work instructions, labor standards, facility layout, quotes and continuous improvement
Review and respond to request for quotes on new orders
Conduct mechanical and electrical manufacturing design reviews and offer improvement suggestions for manufacturability
Travel off-Site travel domestically and internationally
Enforce and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements as they apply such as ITAR
Provide reports to management on daily, weekly, and monthly performance to schedules and expenditures
Support technical exchange discussions with suppliers and Moog
Cross-train to help in other areas
Complete any other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor or operations manager

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field OR Bachelor's degree with relative work experience in a manufacturing environment OR an associate degree with 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing role
Experience working in a team environment
Experience communicating with internal and external customers, coworkers, and other disciplines across the business
