Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Perform data cleaning, formatting, and basic validation tasks
Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access and accuracy
Generate basic reports and summaries as required
Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Communicate remotely with team members to clarify instructions and deadlines
Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
Adhere to company data entry standards and quality guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus)
12 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role (or willingness to undergo training)
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office productivity tools
Good written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Self-directed, organized, and capable of working independently
Legally authorized to work in the United States
