Sales Manager - Harley Davidson

Crown Automotive Group is excited to announce their Harley-Davidson motorcycle division, Crown Smoky Mountain, LLC, located in Tennessee. They are seeking a highly motivated Motorcycle Sales Floor Manager who will oversee operations, sales, and management of the sales team to ensure profitability and effective sales leadership.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process
Establish trust among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects
Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth
Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance
Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes
Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations
Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
Oversee all the paperwork and financing for customers
Achieve acceptable profitability levels
Partner with General Manager and General Sales Manager to plan and run motorcycle inventory
Assist in running controllable expense elements for the departments
Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance
Attain specific product sales quotas as assigned by the General Sales Manager
Enter required information into the computer and follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork. Verify accuracy of all forms

Qualification

Required

5+ years' experience within the sales department of a motor vehicle dealership
Strong leadership skills
Proven ability to effectively challenge and motivate a team of sales associates
Knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
Experience with proactive feature and benefit sales techniques to deliver prompt, dependable, and high-quality vehicle sales
