Responsibilities
Centralize and streamline the execution of programs owned by cross-functional teams across the Americas
Own and execute key foundational programs that drive pipeline generation and support the AMER horizontal lead
Demonstrate ownership and follow-through on all program deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Develop and roll out repeatable program kits, including guidance and deliverables for consistent execution
Build and manage program enablement assets to support cross-functional teams
Work with internal stakeholders to plan and run effective meetings, ensuring accountability for program deliverables
Gather and provide feedback on programs, contributing actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes
Track and report program success metrics to ensure impact and alignment with business objectives
Utilize tools such as Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), Asana, and Swoogo to manage programs efficiently
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing events, with at least 3 years specifically running field marketing events
Proven experience with other field programs beyond live events, including webinars, 3rd party sponsorships, email campaigns, and direct mail
Demonstrated ability to build new event programs, documentation, and enable cross-functional teams at scale
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, SFDC, Asana, and Swoogo is a plus
