5+ years expB2B Soft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager / Controller to manage all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and compliance. This role will oversee financial operations and ensure that financial practices align with company objectives.

Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of accounting and finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll, tax and monthly close activities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights on financial performance and assist in strategic decision-making
Maintain and improve the company’s robust ERP system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management and reporting
Oversee financial compliance, including adherence to tax and regulatory requirements and internal policies
Lead and mentor a team of two finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks and professional development
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support organizational goals
Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including ERP tools such as Zoho and QuickBooks, to improve workflow and reporting efficiency
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on financial performance metrics
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Conduct periodic audits and review internal control systems to enhance compliance and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a mid-level controller role
Strong expertise in ERP systems, with hands-on experience in robust ERP applications; experience with Zoho and QuickBooks is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ERP systems for integrated finance and sales operations
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic guidance
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing finance professionals
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with Zoho and QuickBooks is a plus
