Strategic Implementation Program Manager

Centurion Consulting Group is seeking a Strategic Implementation Program Manager to provide program management support within the Acquisition Office. Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to monitor high-level acquisition actions and priorities
Implement and manage acquisition tracking platforms using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related tools
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for procurement tracking and reporting
Analyze acquisition data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for acquisition efficiency, timeliness, and cost savings
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports summarizing performance, risks, and strategic progress
Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement delays, funding lapses, and operational gaps
Coordinate strategic initiatives and taskers aligned with administration priorities
Support onboarding, training, and certification tracking for acquisition staff
Ensure compliance with FAR, DIAR, and The Buy Indian Act requirements

Required

Demonstrated experience in program management within federal acquisition or procurement environments
Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience
Knowledge of acquisition regulations (FAR, DIAR) and federal contracting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and Power BI
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Serves as contractors authorized interface with the client for all aspects of contract, including financial, technical and administrative responsibilities
Monitors and is responsible for overall contract performance
Designs work standards, assigns personnel, reviews reports, assesses project management
Communicates organization policies, purposes and goals to project management and staff
Oversees project development, funding and resources
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MS preferred
U.S. Citizenship required
Must successfully pass a background investigation
Compliance with Federal information security standards

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven process improvement tools
Familiarity with The Buy Indian Act and tribal procurement policies
Federal acquisition certifications (FAC-COR, FAC-C, FAC-P/PM)
