HR Generalist- Part Time
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Part-time HR Generalist to join their team on a contract basis. This role provides essential HR support, managing areas such as employee onboarding, applicant review, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with workplace policies.

Responsibilities
Review and evaluate approximately 100 job applications per week to identify candidates with relevant experience
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization
Document and address employee performance or behavioral issues with attention to detail
Handle workers' compensation cases and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Serve as the primary HR contact in the office, providing guidance and support to employees
Conduct phone screens to assess potential candidates and their suitability for open roles
Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee relations matters effectively
Maintain accurate and organized records of HR activities and documentation
Support the implementation of workplace policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution
Experience conducting phone screens and assessing candidate qualifications
Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and regulations
Proven ability to manage onboarding processes efficiently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and HR records
