Responsibilities

Install, set, and align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs or replacements
Conduct preventive maintenance to keep production lines running efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
Operate hoists, cranes, and precision measuring tools for alignment
Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams

Required

3+ years millwright experience or completion of a millwright apprenticeship

Ability to use precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and laser alignment systems
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
