Responsibilities
Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, and in-person interaction
Inform supervisors immediately of potential problems or customer concerns to ensure seamless operations
Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are accurately recorded
Provide coverage across various functions, including Reception, Mail/Courier Services, Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, and File Room services as needed
Accurately reproduce all print requests by reviewing electronic files for readiness
Handle document punching, binding, assembly, sorting, and laminating
Perform rigorous pre-delivery checks to ensure accuracy
Receive, log, and track all activity for reporting purposes
Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of office equipment
Qualification
Required
Education: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
Experience: Less than one year of related professional experience
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
Communication: customer service and verbal/written communication skills
Availability: Ability to work overtime as needed
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods
Must be able to obtain necessary security clearances required for the premises
