Responsibilities
Manages daily operations of patient care. Contributes to the maintenance of high-quality, cost-effective services consistent with the needs of the users and the hospital’s budgetary guidelines
Provides clinical leadership by directing, coordinating and delegating patient care in an organized manner, allowing for flexibility
Collaborates with physicians and other health care team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Remains competent and available to participate in patient care pertinent to clinical specialty
Demonstrates personal and professional growth and promotes the same among team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree [REQUIRED]
One year experience as a registered nurse [REQUIRED]
Current Iowa License as a Registered Nurse [REQUIRED]
Current BCLS certification [REQUIRED]
