Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through resolution
Represent healthcare professionals and institutions in complex litigation, including trials, depositions, and mediations
Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
Manage all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence persuasively to achieve favorable outcomes
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, legal advice, and strategic guidance
Work closely with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible defense

Juris Doctor (JD)

Familiarity with insurance defense and professional liability cases
