Translate business questions into data problems and define solutions roadmap; build analytics solutions independently and with cross-functional teams
Develop and promote analytics and AI/ML products and insights; establish KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making across business teams
Collaborate and establish expertise in advanced analytics; drive understanding of strategic customer initiatives across departments
Qualification
Required
BA/BS w/ concentration in business or quantitative discipline - Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Econ, or similar; Masters preferred
Minimum 7 years' experience within the field of data science or discipline
Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and relational databases
Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques including regression, decision trees, classification, causal inference, and clustering algorithms
Demonstrated leadership in developing and operationalizing Customer 360 frameworks, Identity Resolution approaches, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models, and advanced customer segmentation strategies
Exposure to production machine learning systems development, package creation, code repository management, and software development best practices
Experience with cloud tech for data and analytics solutions (Azure, AWS)
Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
8+ years' experience managing a team
