Loaner Administrator
Tom Wood Automotive is a family-owned dealership committed to excellence and superior customer service. The Loaner Administrator is responsible for managing the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet, providing administrative support to the service department, and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the loaner vehicle fleet to ensure availability and proper usage
Maintain accurate tracking of loaner vehicles using a spreadsheet (location, reason for use, and return status)
Check out loaner vehicles to customers and ensure a smooth loaner process
Assist with answering phones and directing customer inquiries appropriately
Move vehicles on the lot as needed to support service operations
Provide general administrative and operational support to the service department
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Valid driver's license and ability to safely move vehicles
Preferred
Previous experience in an automotive service or dealership environment
Customer service experience
Familiarity with dealership management systems (a plus)
