They are seeking a dynamic Intake Attorney to drive client growth and engagement in a client-facing, sales-focused role that involves managing the client intake process and converting consultations into active clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the client intake process from first contact through signed engagement
Conduct initial consultations, provide legal guidance, and evaluate case viability
Convert consultations into active clients in a high-volume environment
Accurately document client details and ensure smooth case handoffs to internal teams
Collaborate with litigation, probate, real estate, and business law attorneys for case transitions
Address client concerns and maintain satisfaction throughout the intake process
Support leadership with staff training and process improvement

Required

Licensed attorney with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in civil litigation
Proven sales or business development experience within or outside of law
Strong communication, persuasion, and client service skills
Highly driven, energetic, and persistent — with a proactive work ethic
Ability to work remotely with responsiveness and strong organization skills
