Senior LevelSynerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a CNC Programmer who will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Vertical Mills for both standard and custom parts. The role involves training machine operators, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
CNC programming, set up & operation of CNC Vertical Mills for standard & custom parts
Set-up and break-down of machining centers as well as scheduling PM and cleaning
Knowledge of trouble shooting machines
Create schedules for machining centers based on production schedule
Train and oversee machine operators
Must be familiar with steel and aluminum
Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, lathe, drills, etc
Draw, read and interpret prints, plans, sketches, and shop drawings
Work with designers and management to achieve customers' satisfaction
Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
Responding to quick turnaround orders; Some overtime required
Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Maintain clean equipment and work area
Forklift certified preferred
Perform related duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
