They are seeking a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting external reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS
Assist in the preparation of external reporting deliverables, including audited financial statements and regulatory filings
Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure proper reconciliation of intercompany balances
Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Collaborate with business units and regional finance teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting
Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC)
Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards
Support internal and external audit requests and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong technical accounting skills
Experience with multi-entity consolidations
Proactive approach to process improvement
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
3–5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or public accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion)
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
CPA or progress toward CPA
Experience in a multi-national corporation or shared services environment
Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls
Familiarity with data visualization tools
