Responsibilities
Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures
Verify specimen integrity, ensure proper handling, and maintain accuracy throughout the testing process
Evaluate laboratory results critically and promptly investigate, document, and resolve discrepancies
Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance
Perform and document quality control procedures, proficiency testing, and instrument maintenance
Utilize the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for data entry, result reporting, workflow tracking, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures

Bachelor's/ associate degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or medical technology from an accredited institution
Certification as MLS or MT
