Information Technology
Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and evaluate kidney function
Diagnose kidney-related diseases and create individualized care plans
Manage acute and chronic renal conditions
Recommend and coordinate dialysis treatment as appropriate
Administer medications and adjust treatment plans as needed
Refer patients to surgeons when required
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree (MD or DO)
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
Completion of an accredited Nephrology fellowship
Strong organizational, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
