Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using online data, usability findings, market research, and UCD principles
Assess and optimize new and existing features through usability testing and data analytics
Present design work to UX, product teams, and leadership for feedback
Contribute to interface design best practices and drive UI innovation for web applications
Provide leadership in web application and user interface design
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a UX Designer for web-based applications
Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
Proficient in Figma or similar tools; experience with Balsamiq, Visio a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interaction solutions
Strong knowledge of web information architecture, usability principles, and prototyping
Preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
Ability to explain complex design concepts to varied audiences
Self-starter, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
Experience with ERP systems
