Information Technology
Responsibilities
Care for a limited panel of ~400–600 patients
Spend 25–30 minutes or longer per appointment
See approximately 8–10 patients per day
Provide same-day/next-day access for acute needs
Offer 24/7 physician access (shared/rotating coverage)
Deliver preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and chronic care
Perform comprehensive annual physical exams
Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care
Work with a support team that handles scheduling, billing, and admin so you focus on patient care
Qualification
Required
MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Passion for preventive, personalized, relationship-focused care
Strong communication and interest in long-term patient relationships
Willingness to provide/participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for patient access
