Responsibilities
Responsible for the design of power supply related products
Design and implement power systems according to project requirements, ensuring that products meet performance, cost, and reliability standards
Participate in testing and validation of power products, resolving technical issues during the development process
Collaborate closely with team members across all stages of product development, providing professional technical support and guidance
Qualification
Required
Hold a Master's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field
Hands-on experience in designing, debugging, and testing power converters
Familiarity with control theory and implementation using digital controllers
Possess a solid theoretical foundation in power supply design and be familiar with various power topologies and their applications
Proficiency in power-electronics simulation tools such as: MATLAB/Simulink, SIMPLIS, PLECS, and MathCAD
Have strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of independently solving problems and driving project progress
Stay sensitive to new technologies and be willing to continuously learn and explore new knowledge
