Automotive General Sales Manager
Park One of Florida is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead their new and used car sales operations. The role involves managing sales teams, closing deals, and ensuring compliance while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the new and used vehicle sales departments to achieve and exceed volume, gross, and CSI targets
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Maintain an active presence on the showroom floor and online sales channels
Assist in closing deals and support sales staff during negotiations
Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth deal flow and optimal profitability
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Implement and enforce dealership sales processes and best practices
Ensure compliance with manufacturer, lender, and regulatory standards
Foster a customer-focused culture that drives repeat and referral business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a new car dealership environment
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Proven closing ability and comfort working directly with customers
Experience collaborating with F&I leadership, including Assistant Finance Managers
Solid understanding of CRM systems, inventory management, and digital retailing tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
