Responsibilities

Set the vision and roadmap for the Digital Partner Experience platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Lead and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion
Deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences (iOS, React, React Native) with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance
Establish engineering excellence through best practices, CI/CD, observability, and operational rigor
Drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices (AI-assisted coding, testing, and automation) to improve velocity and quality
Collaborate across Product, Design, and Technology teams, and manage vendor partnerships to optimize delivery and support
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, balancing trade-offs and proactively mitigating risks
Partner with relevant global support functions to establish a holistic 24×7 support model, leveraging offshore talent where appropriate; drive root-cause analysis and inform future investments

Required

Deep engineering expertise in iOS and front-end digital experiences, preferably in retail, with the ability to review architecture and design and make high-quality technical decisions
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across a multi-product ecosystem spanning mobile, web, and enterprise integrations
Strong partnership skills with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders and the ability to navigate priorities and trade-offs
Experience delivering simultaneously across roadmap, operations, and team development, with a focus on measurable outcomes
Curiosity and capability to adopt and scale AI-enabled practices, shaping tools and workflows that accelerate delivery and improve quality (e.g., AI-assisted coding, testing, automation)
Ten or more years in software engineering delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions with progressive leadership responsibility, preferably in a retail or at scale consumer-facing environment
Five or more years managing and developing high-performing engineering teams including cross-functional or multi-team leadership
Proven ability to partner effectively with Product to shape roadmaps and translate outcomes into clear engineering plans
Proven experience building and operating mobile and web ecosystems and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
Technical depth in modern web and mobile technologies such as SwiftUI, React, React Native, and Node.js to credibly guide architecture and design decisions
Strong foundation in APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
Track record of delivering secure, reliable, high-performance customer or partner-facing applications
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, automated testing, observability practices, and telemetry-driven operational excellence
Solid understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security standards
Ability to partner effectively with Product to shape roadmaps and translate outcomes into clear engineering plans
Excellent communication and influence skills that build alignment across diverse stakeholders
A leadership style that fosters ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and inclusion
