Responsibilities
Manage on-site installation projects for digital screens and low-voltage systems
Ensure compliance with U.S. construction codes and safety standards
Coordinate with property management, vendors, and internal teams
Supervise and monitor outsourced installation crews to ensure quality and timelines
Support standardization of installation processes across cities
Build and lead local site supervision teams as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Experience with U.S. low-voltage and building installation standards
Background in building or installation project management
Familiarity with U.S. city construction workflows
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
Strong team and contractor management skills
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
Experience collaborating with Chinese teams
