Responsibilities
Inspect residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
Measure roofs and prepare estimates using company systems
Meet with homeowners to explain scope of work, pricing, and project expectations
Project manage jobs you sell, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completion
Assist with operational needs during off seasons, including (but not limited to) project management support, material coordination, and jobsite assistance as needed
Perform door-to-door canvassing during off periods to generate leads
Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in the CRM
Qualification
Required
Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening
Preferred
Sales or construction experience preferred but not required
Benefits
$500/month for using your own approved vehicle.
