Engineering Technician
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Technician to join their team in Clearwater, FL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving quality standards in an aerospace production environment.

Responsibilities
Lead daily ESD tasks for multiple ESD labs across the aerospace production site
Support the ESD Site Lead/Focal on tasks related to compliance verification and auditing
Manage the daily operation of the ESD ticket system
Prepare and maintain test documentation
Lead a small team, providing work direction, training, and scheduling
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Minimum of 5 years of relevant electronic experience
Proficiency in operating general-purpose test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies, and function generators
Experience with ANSI standard test methods
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field
Experience with aerospace production quality and test processes
Current or prior ESD-TR53 ESD Compliance Verification Technician certification
