Responsibilities

Own strategic account management for key Medical Device and Life Sciences customers — developing and executing plans that expand revenue, strengthen engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction
Act as the primary customer advocate internally, ensuring their business needs translate into actionable solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions
Partner closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to manage account profitability (P&L) and deliver sustainable growth
Build and maintain multi-level relationships, including executive and operational leaders, to position Spartronics as a trusted, long-term EMS partner
Anticipate customer needs and identify new business opportunities, driving account expansion through consultative selling and value-added solutions
Represent Spartronics at industry events, conferences, and key customer engagements as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor

Required

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of proven success in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry – or a Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience
5+ years of direct business development or sales experience in the EMS / contract manufacturing space
Solid background in Medical Device or Life Sciences markets, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Deep understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks and qualification processes for product transfer and production
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills — able to influence and engage at all organizational levels
Strong business acumen, with experience managing account P&Ls and shaping customer strategies for profitable growth
Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling to complex, global customers
Proficiency in business systems, CRM tools, and digital collaboration platforms
A strategic, decisive mindset, with the ability to operate autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
