Responsibilities

Analyze current production processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
Design and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information
Conduct time and motion studies to develop standard operating procedures and optimize labor efficiency
Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce costs and improve quality
Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, maintenance, supply chain) to implement process improvements
Assist in facility layout planning and resource allocation

Required

Experience with ERP system
