Responsibilities
Significant travel to project sites throughout North America
Experience in one or more of the geotechnical construction techniques listed below: Deep Soil Mixing (DSM), Drilled shafts/caissons, Piles (Auger cast, displacement, secant/tangent), Micropiles, Sheetpiling, Cutter Soil Mixing (CSM)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of drilling experience in deep foundations, ground improvement, geotechnical construction, or heavy civil works
Strong knowledge of techniques such as soil mixing, slurry trenching, drilled shafts, auger cast piles, micropiles, jet grouting, or other specialty geotechnical construction techniques
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong safety mindset with the ability to lead by example
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work extended hours as required by project demands
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Deep Foundations: 1 year (Required)
Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
